Portfolio
PROJECT BRIEF:
CLient: Internal Project; Mikołaj Dobrowolski; venith.eu
OBJECTIVE: To create an interactive portfolio that goes beyond a traditional CV, serving as a dynamic showcase of my skills for both corporate recruiters and potential B2B clients. The goal was to design a conversion-optimized tool that drives engagement and generates valuable professional opportunities.
THE CHALLENGE: Consolidating a highly diverse skill set-spanning UI/UX, Corporate Design, Video Editing, and Web Development into a cohesive, minimalist, and user-friendly digital ecosystem.
SUCCESS METRICS (KPI): Maximizing user engagement and time-on-page among the primary target audience: HR professionals and key stakeholders.
Status: Deployed below.
As a multidisciplinary designer operating under my own brand, venith, I specialize in web design, marketing campaign assets, dynamic video editing, and high-impact sales materials. My primary focus is ensuring comprehensive visual consistency (Corporate Design) across all brand touchpoints.
The Adobe Creative Suite has been my natural working environment for over seven years. I am also highly proficient in modern UI/UX tools, including Figma and Adobe XD. With an educational background in digital graphics and printing technology, I possess strong DTP skills, which translates to exceptional attention to detail and the technical accuracy of my files. Furthermore, my hands-on experience with advanced 3D technical projects allows me to effortlessly read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
Whether collaborating with B2B clients or integrating into cross-functional teams, I bring full autonomy, strict adherence to deadlines, and the ability to thrive under pressure. I am a self starter who requires minimal micromanagement to consistently deliver expected results.
Below is a curated selection of my competencies divided by category.
Key Visual & Corporate Design
A key visual is the overarching visual language of a brand, which must remain clear, scalable, and effective across all touchpoints. When designing interfaces and landing pages, I build a cohesive foundation: a unified system of typography, colors, and composition that serves as the brand's visual baseline. The projects below are examples of such foundations, ready to be seamlessly scaled and applied across other formats and marketing materials.
Marketing & Video Content
Good design must drive conversions. In this section, I demonstrate how the visual foundation from the Landeck project which is presented above was seamlessly adapted for the dynamic environment of social media. I combine the design of static assets for Meta Ads campaigns with dynamic short-form video editing. My primary focus here is a critical performance metric: capturing and retaining user attention within the first 3 seconds.

Visual consistency goes beyond mere aesthetics; it is the absolute foundation of brand trust. Users engaging with a campaign must seamlessly transition into an environment that looks and feels identical. The form below effectively closes the conversion funnel. By strictly maintaining Landeck's distinctive Key Visual, it eliminates visual friction and confidently guides the user toward getting in touch.
